Our proud production base is located in a conveniently located industrial core area, covering an area of ​​approximately 20,000 square meters. Relying on a powerful production matrix, we have built a complete industrial chain: 11 polyester fiber sound-absorbing panel production lines and 15 grille production lines operate efficiently, ensuring a stable supply of standard products; simultaneously, we are equipped with 8 customized production lines and 8 wood strip cutting lines to flexibly handle various non-standard sizes and special design customization needs. From panel forming to fine processing, the entire process is under our own control, truly achieving "mass delivery of standard products and rapid response to customization."

Intelligent Manufacturing Upgrade, Precision First

We firmly believe that good products originate from good equipment. The factory has fully introduced fully automated production equipment. From raw material proportioning and hot pressing to precision cutting, the entire process is digitally controlled, ensuring that every sound-absorbing panel has uniform density, accurate dimensions, and smooth edges. For the complex grooving process of our grille products, we employ high-precision cutting lines, resulting in smooth, burr-free grooves and perfectly straight lines, providing a perfect platform for designers' creative visions. After production, the finished products undergo efficient sealing by five automated plastic film packaging machines, ensuring dust and moisture protection and delivering them to customers in pristine condition.

Over a hundred experienced production personnel and a technical team work collaboratively, using lean management to ensure a balance between production efficiency and product quality. With our strong large-scale production capacity, we currently produce over 100,000 standard-sized sound-absorbing panels per month, sufficient to support stable supply for large-scale engineering projects, channel distribution, and overseas exports.
